4. Discovery Sessions and Assessments
A Discovery Session or Business Foundation Assessment is intended to help us understand your business, identify possible needs, and determine whether Davita AI Hub may be an appropriate service provider.
A complimentary Discovery Session does not include a complete customized business plan, legal analysis, tax opinion, technology build, automation implementation, or other finished deliverable unless expressly stated in writing.
Scheduling or participating in a Discovery Session does not obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement.
We may decline an engagement if we determine that our services are not appropriate for your needs, if a conflict exists, or for another lawful business reason.
5. Professional-Service Limitations
Information provided through this website does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisor, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship.
